A. Everything about the listing met and in some cases exceeded my expectations.

B. I contacted the agent (Dona Tippet) on 9/14/04 and rented the apartment on 9/15/04. So I think that she was very ambitious about taking care of my needs.

C. I've only had two contacts with the agency so I really don't know what to look for. But I will say that they are very efficient.

D. I would definitely recommend you folks to anyone. Unfortunately I know of no one looking for an apartment.

I would like to comment on the courteously and friendliness of the staff in which I was in contact with. I commend them on being very sensitive to my needs, helpful and outgoing.

Within 24 hours a representative ( Barbara Shwartz ) returned my request with a very thorough list which matched my criteria exactly. She has continued to help me with any questions I have had, and I am confident I will find a great apartment community to live in due greatly to her assistance.

Thank you Kendall Laughlin for your inquiray. I have looked at the list as well as looking at the apartment finder magazine. If I'm not mistaken, alot of what I saw in the magazine was on the list.
But let me answer your questions.
a. The list met with all my expectations. I was looking for a certain price range and found that I was low balling it. note: along with looking for a place to live I was also looking for employment. As of today, the employment part has been covered. The only thing I need to know now is actually what my bi-weekly check will be. But I'm confident that I won't have any problems.

b. She said it would take a couple of days. And I got just as she said.

c. I really don't have any thing to add right now. I think that your system runs like a well oiled machine. I look forward to seeing the next process or step until I decide on what apartment I will get.

d. Yes I would recommend your service to a friend. I just don't know anybody off the top of my head to tell it to. But I will, the first chance I get.

e. Yes I would like some information on renters' insurance. In a way it will open the door for me getting maybe some auto insurance before my birthday comes back around next year. Also I really do need information on discounted health programs.
I can fit all that I own right now in my car.
But what is the "other" information that you are talking about.
